This Jacket has been designed skillfully to meet all the International standards of quality. All the series of stages has been very well taken care of in the preparation of this Jacket including designing, pattern, and selection of material, cutting, lining, snitching and most importantly checking.
When a Jacket is getting prepared, first thing that has the vital importance is the selection of leather. There are various types of leather i.e. Sheep leather, Buff calf leather, Camel leather, Donkey leather and Pig leather. However in Pakistan industry we are having the availability of cow leather, goat leather, sheep leather, Buff hide leather, Cow calf leather.

While tanning process, that leather is being selected; which is most appropriate and suitable for Jacket.  The leather which has the small pox, ring worms, weakness in thickness, mange cockles and loach; are put aside. Chrome free leather and PCP Benzaline leather is being used for the Jacket. This leather is described as A+ Leather in which have the above mention characteristics.
Nevertheless, keeping in mind that we have to meet the international market competition, we are also dealing in A, B and C quality leathers for the Jacket. We are completely capable and comfortable in dealing all these qualities as all the process are handled and completed in our own factory such as sorting, sammying, splitting, shaving, re-chroming, neutralization,  re-tanning, dyeing, fat lacquering, fixation, setting, drying, wheel stake, dry drum, toggle, finishing and measurement,

Another essential step in the preparation of the design of this Jacket is Our R&D department; it provides different proposals to the customer along with detailed specification for this Jacket and gets the approval according to customers choice. This Jacket can also be made in Nylon and polyester fabric. This Jacket can be specially prepared as per customers required quality leather (A+, A, B, C). This Jacket can be used as a fashion jacket. The lining for this Jacket can be in polyester or nylon fabric. We can print the lining of this Jacket in accordance with customers request like desired Photo or logo in four color printing. Logos of this Jacket are also available in embossing and embroidered.
To protect from extreme cold, we can use 50gm to 150bm quilted lining in this Jacket. Nylon thread has been used in this Jacket to make its stitching long lasting. We can use ordinary zipper to original branded zippers in this Jacket.
